Advantage Casino (the "App") is published by Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios,"
"we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information the App handles,
what stays on your device, and what our advertising partner collects.
The short version. We do not operate a server for this App and we do not have
accounts, logins, or cloud sync. Everything you do in the App -- your table
rules, drill scores, streaks, practice bankroll and settings -- is written to
storage on your own device and stays there. We never see it.
The one exception is advertising. The App displays ads through Google AdMob,
and Google collects information directly from your device in order to serve
and measure those ads. That data goes to Google, not to us.
1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE ONLY

The App saves the following locally, using your device's own app storage. It
is not transmitted to Amun Studios or to any third party:
- Your table rule configuration (deck count, H17/S17, DAS,
double-after-split, late surrender, blackjack payout, and similar
settings)
- Selected counting system and coaching preferences
- Drill results, best scores, session streaks and progress history
- Your simulated practice bankroll and hand history
- Academy reading progress and general app settings
This information is removed when you delete the App from your device, or when
you use any in-app reset option. Because it never leaves your device, we
cannot retrieve, restore, export or delete it for you.
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY GOOGLE ADMOB
----------------------------------------
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. AdMob is provided by Google
LLC and operates as an independent data controller for the information it
collects. Depending on your consent choices and device settings, AdMob and its
ad technology partners may collect:
Device identifiers:
Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android),
reset-able by you in device settings
Device and app data:
Device model, operating system version, language, screen
characteristics, app version, crash-free session signals
Network data:
IP address, mobile network and general connection information
Approximate location:
Coarse location derived from IP address (city or region level). The App
does not request precise GPS location.
Ad interaction data:
Ads served, impressions, clicks, view duration, and related
fraud-prevention signals
Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising and, where
permitted, to personalize the ads you see. Google's handling of this data is
governed by its own terms:

3. YOUR CHOICES OVER ADVERTISING

Personalized vs. non-personalized ads
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland,
you will see a consent prompt (Google's User Messaging Platform) on first
launch, presented under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You can
decline personalized advertising and still use every feature of the App; you
will simply see non-personalized ads instead. You can reopen that prompt at
any time from the App's privacy or settings screen.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, the App will ask for permission before any tracking across apps and
websites owned by other companies takes place. If you decline, the advertising
identifier is not made available and you will receive non-personalized ads.
You can change this later under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Device-level controls
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Settings > Privacy &
Security > Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads, where you can delete or opt out of the
Advertising ID
4. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

- We do not require or offer an account, email sign-up, or password.
- We do not run a backend server that receives your App data.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for money, and we do not
disclose it to data brokers.
- We do not request precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or health
data.
- We do not accept, process, hold or pay out real money. There is no
wagering in the App and the practice bankroll has no cash value.
5. AGE RESTRICTION

The App is rated 18+ and is intended solely for adults. It is not directed to
children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone
under 18. We do not knowingly permit advertising to be targeted to children
through the App. If you believe a person under 18 has used the App and that
information about them has been collected, contact us at info@amun-studios.com
and we will take appropriate steps, including asking Google to delete
associated advertising data where we are able to identify it.
6. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (EEA / UK)

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies:
- Consent -- for personalized advertising and any associated storage of or
access to information on your device.
- Legitimate interests -- for serving non-personalized advertising,
preventing ad fraud, and maintaining the security and basic functioning of
the App.
Google LLC is based in the United States. Where Google transfers data
internationally, it relies on its own transfer mechanisms, including the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data
Privacy Framework, as described in Google's privacy documentation.
7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct,
delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, to
withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. California residents
additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know,
delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal
information; we do not sell personal information, and you can opt out of the
sharing involved in personalized advertising using the controls in Section 3.
You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Because the App holds no personal information on our systems, requests that
concern App data are usually resolved by deleting the App or using the in-app
reset. For requests that concern advertising data, contact Google directly
using the links in Section 2, or write to us at info@amun-studios.com and we
will help where we can. We respond to requests within 30 days.
8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

Local App data persists on your device until you reset it or uninstall the
App. Amun Studios holds no copy and therefore applies no retention period of
its own. Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's
policies. Any support email you send us is kept only as long as needed to
resolve your issue. No method of electronic storage or transmission is
completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as the App changes or as the law requires. The
effective date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will
be described in the App's release notes. Continuing to use the App after an
update means you accept the revised policy.
