These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Amun Studios

LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us") covering your use of the Advantage Casino

mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App,

you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Read this first. Advantage Casino is a training simulator. There is no

real-money gambling in the App, no way to deposit or withdraw funds, and no

prize of real-world value. The bankroll, chips and payouts you see are

simulated and worth nothing outside the App.

Nothing in the App is a promise that you will win money in a casino. Advantage

play carries real financial risk, and most players who attempt it lose.

1. ELIGIBILITY -- YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER

The App is rated 18+ and is available only to individuals who are at least 18

years old. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older and that

using a gambling-themed simulation is lawful where you live. If the minimum

legal gambling age where you live is higher than 18, you agree to meet that

age instead. We may block access if we reasonably believe you do not meet

these requirements.

2. YOUR LICENCE TO USE THE APP

------------------------------

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable

licence to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control,

for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the rules of

the app store you downloaded it from. We reserve all rights not expressly

granted.

You agree not to

- Copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the

App, or attempt to derive its source code, except where that restriction

is prohibited by law

- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute the App

- Remove or obscure any proprietary notice, or interfere with advertising

displayed in the App

- Use bots, scrapers, injected code or modified clients, or otherwise tamper

with scores, drills or the simulation

- Use the App to build a competing product, or in any way that breaks

applicable law

3. NO REAL-MONEY GAMBLING

-------------------------

The App does not offer, facilitate, broker or process gambling of any kind.

Specifically:

- The practice bankroll, chips, bets, wins and losses shown in the App are

simulated and have no monetary value.

- You cannot deposit money, cash out, transfer balances, or convert anything

in the App into currency, credit, goods or prizes.

- Success or performance in the App does not imply future success at real

gambling.

- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any casino, card

room, gaming operator or gambling brand.

4. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IS INFORMATION, NOT ADVICE

Strategy charts, index plays, counting systems, bankroll simulations,

risk-of-ruin figures, N0 estimates, hourly EV projections and Academy articles

are provided for general educational purposes. They are calculated from

mathematical models with simplifying assumptions and depend entirely on the

rule set and inputs you supply.

- We do not warrant that any figure, chart, index number or recommendation

is accurate, complete, current, or suited to any particular casino or rule

set.

- Nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

- Card counting and other advantage-play techniques are treated differently

in different jurisdictions and venues. Casinos may lawfully refuse

service, bar you, or take other action against players they believe are

counting. Some jurisdictions impose additional restrictions. You are

solely responsible for knowing and following the law and house rules where

you play.

- Any decision you make with real money is yours alone, and you accept the

full risk of loss.

5. ADVERTISING

--------------

The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads are

supplied by Google and its partners, not by us; we do not endorse, verify or

take responsibility for advertised products, services or offers, and dealings

with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. Ad behaviour and your

choices about personalization are described in our Privacy Policy

(https://amun-studios.com/privacy-policy.html). Interfering with ad delivery

is a breach of these Terms.

6. PURCHASES

------------

If the App offers a paid upgrade, subscription or other in-app purchase, that

transaction is processed by Apple or Google under their terms, not by us.

Prices, billing cycles, auto-renewal and free-trial terms are shown before you

buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours

before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them in your

Apple ID or Google Play account settings -- not in the App. Refunds are

handled by the relevant store under its refund policy; we generally cannot

issue them directly. In-app purchases never grant real money, wagering ability

or anything of cash value.

7. YOUR DATA

------------

The App keeps your rules, drill scores, progress and simulated bankroll in

local storage on your own device. We do not operate a server for the App and

cannot access, back up, restore or transfer that data. Deleting the App

deletes it. Our full data practices, including what Google AdMob collects, are

set out in the Privacy Policy (https://amun-studios.com/privacy-policy.html),

which forms part of these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

------------------------

The App and everything in it -- source code, interface design, artwork, text,

drills, Academy content, the Advantage Casino name and the Amun Studios name

and logo -- is owned by Amun Studios LLC or its licensors and protected by

intellectual property law. Underlying mathematical facts and strategy

principles are not owned by anyone; our particular expression, presentation

and implementation of them is.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

---------------------------

We may change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with

or without notice. We may issue updates, and your device may install them

automatically; some updates may be required for the App to keep working. We

are not liable for any interruption, data loss or inconvenience arising from a

change, update or discontinuation.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

----------------------------

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL

WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE,

ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE

UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION, CHART OR

PROJECTION IT PRODUCES IS ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE. Some jurisdictions do not

allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not

apply to you.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMUN STUDIOS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS,

OFFICERS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,

SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST

PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR GAMBLING LOSSES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING

TO THE APP, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF

THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS

RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US

FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (b) USD $50. Some

jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may

not apply to you.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amun Studios LLC from any claim,

loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from

your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law

or third-party right.

13. TERMINATION

---------------

These Terms apply until terminated. You may terminate at any time by deleting

the App. We may terminate or suspend your licence immediately if you breach

these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 8, and 10 through 15 survive termination.

14. APP STORE TERMS

-------------------

You also agree to the terms of the store you downloaded the App from. For the

Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Amun Studios only, not Apple;

Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; Apple

is not responsible for any product warranty, product claim, or third-party

intellectual property claim relating to the App; and Apple and its

subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to

enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country

subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting,

and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its

conflict-of-law rules. You and Amun Studios agree to the exclusive

jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County,

California, and waive any objection to venue there. If you are a consumer

resident in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the

protection of mandatory local consumer rules, nothing here removes those

rights or your ability to bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. GENERAL

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our

failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these

Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of

assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us

regarding the App. We may revise these Terms; the effective date above will

change, and continuing to use the App after a revision means you accept it.

The App is designed for practice, not as a route to income. Gambling can
