Welcome to Amun Studios LLC ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our educational math learning application designed for children in grades 1-5.
By using the App, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that:
You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the App
You are at least 18 years old
You have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your child
You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms
2. Account Registration
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:
You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials
You must not share account login information with unauthorized persons
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
Account Use:
Each account is for use by one child
Accounts may not be transferred or sold
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Acceptable Use
Children using the App agree to:
Use the App only for learning and educational purposes
Treat the App and its content respectfully
Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
Not use the App in any way that could harm other users or the service
Prohibited Activities:

6. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial
New users receive a 5-day free trial upon registration
No payment is required during the trial period
You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges
If not cancelled, the subscription will automatically begin after the trial ends
Subscription Terms
Annual Subscription: $2.99 USD per year (or equivalent in your local currency)
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
Subscription price is subject to change with 30 days advance notice
Any price changes will not affect active subscribers until their next renewal
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled
Your account will be charged 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
The renewal charge will be the same price as the original subscription unless we notify you otherwise
Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time through your device's account settings

Important Cancellation Notes:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged
You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period
You can resubscribe at any time
Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and Google's respective refund policies
We do not have direct control over refund processing
Refunds are generally granted only in cases of technical issues or billing errors

If we cannot resolve the issue, we will assist you in requesting a refund through Apple or Google
Refunds requested within 48 hours of purchase due to technical issues are typically approved
Refund Limitations:
Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods
Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds (as no payment was made)
Refunds will result in immediate loss of access to premium features
We reserve the right to deny service to users who abuse the refund system
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
We do not store or have access to your payment information
Payment methods are managed through your Apple ID or Google account
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
Billing Issues
If you notice an incorrect charge:

You may also contact Apple or Google directly for billing disputes
Access During Subscription
Active subscribers have full access to all premium features
Access continues until the end of the current billing period, even if cancelled
Interrupted payment (declined card, insufficient funds) may result in suspended access
Reactivating payment will restore access immediately
7. Intellectual Property
Our Rights:
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Amun Studios LLC
This includes text, graphics, logos, images, software, and educational content
These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
Your Rights:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
This license is for personal, non-commercial educational use only
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
8. User Data and Privacy
Your child's information is governed by our Privacy Policy
We collect minimal data necessary for the App to function

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
