1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Amun Studios ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Astro Pup: Journey mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms together with a parent or guardian.

2. LICENSE TO USE THE APP

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Amun Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not give you any ownership interest in the App. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Amun Studios and its licensors.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

When using the App, you agree not to:

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction

- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App

- Use cheats, automation tools, bots, exploits, or hacks to interfere with normal gameplay

- Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others

- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App — including its characters, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, code, "Astro Pup" name and logo, and all other creative content — is owned by Amun Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.

5. IN-GAME CURRENCY & ITEMS

The App may let you earn in-game currency (such as stars) and unlock cosmetic items (such as fur, suits, and scarves in the Space Closet) through gameplay. Unless we clearly state otherwise inside the App at the time:

- In-game currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, gifted, sold, or redeemed for real money

- They exist only within the App and only for as long as you have an active installation, and are stored solely on your device (see the Privacy Policy)

- We may balance, adjust, expand, or remove in-game currency, items, or the ways to earn them, at any time, without liability to you

If the App introduces optional purchases of virtual currency or items in the future, additional terms — including pricing and platform billing terms (Apple App Store or Google Play) — will apply at that time.

6. ADVERTISING

The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that you will be shown ads, and that ad delivery is governed in part by Google's own terms and policies, in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 7. APP AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time, with or without notice. We don't guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with your specific device.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or bugs.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amun Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Because the App does not use accounts and stores data only on your device, "termination" in practice means the license in Section 2 ends — there's no separate account to close.

11. CHILDREN & PARENTAL GUIDANCE

Astro Pup: Journey is designed as a general-audience, family-friendly game, but it is not specifically directed to children under 13. We recommend that parents and guardians supervise younger players' use of the App, including their exposure to in-app advertising, and make use of the device-level parental controls described in our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page when we do, and where a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know, such as an in-app notice. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
