Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Blend Match (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using Blend Match, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Summary

Blend Match does not require an account, and does not store your game data on our servers or in any cloud service. Your progress, settings, coins, and style unlocks are saved locally on your device only. The App displays advertising through Google AdMob, which may collect limited device and advertising information as described in Section 3 below.

2. Information We Collect Directly

Amun Studios does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. Specifically:

  • No account required. The App does not ask you to sign up, log in, or provide a name, email address, or any other personal identifier.

  • No cloud storage. Game progress, level completion, coins, streaks, and style/customization choices are saved locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to Amun Studios.

  • No manual data entry. The App does not include forms, chat, or other features that would prompt you to type in personal information.

If you delete the App, all locally stored game data is removed along with it. We have no way to recover it because we never had a copy of it.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising

Blend Match is a free, ad-supported game. To display ads, the App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. AdMob may automatically collect and process certain information in order to serve and measure ads, including:

  • Device identifiers (such as your advertising ID)

  • General device information (device type, operating system version)

  • Approximate location derived from IP address

  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and engagement)

This data collection is performed by Google, not by Amun Studios, and is governed by Google's own privacy practices. Your Choices Regarding Ads

  • iOS: You can limit ad tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or reset your advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

  • Android: You can opt out of personalized ads and reset your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.

Turning off ad personalization does not stop ads from appearing in the App, but it limits the use of your data for personalized advertising.

4. Children's Privacy

Blend Match is rated for users age 13 and older because it contains third-party advertising. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App or its advertising partners, please contact us at the email below so we can address it.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because Amun Studios does not collect or hold any in the first place. The only data shared with a third party is the advertising and device data described in Section 3, which is collected directly by Google AdMob for ad delivery and measurement purposes.

6. Data Security

Because your game data is stored only on your own device and never transmitted to or stored by us, there is no Amun Studios server or database holding your information that could be breached. You are responsible for the general security of your own device.

7. Your Rights

Since Amun Studios does not collect or retain personal data about you, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Requests relating to data collected by Google AdMob should be directed to Google using the resources linked in Section 3.

If you are located in a region with specific data protection rights (such as the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), those rights apply to data collected by third parties like Google AdMob rather than to Amun Studios, since we do not process personal data ourselves.

8. International Users

Blend Match may be downloaded and played anywhere Google Play and the Apple App Store are available. Any data processing that occurs happens through Google AdMob's global infrastructure, subject to Google's own privacy policy and applicable data transfer safeguards.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
