Terms of Service for Blend Match

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Blend Match (the "App"), provided by Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is rated for users age 13 and older, in part because it displays third-party advertising. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or that you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Amun Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it;

  • Use any automated system (bots, scripts, etc.) to interact with the App.

3. Your Game Data

Blend Match does not require you to create an account. All game progress, levels completed, coins, streaks, and style/customization choices are stored locally on your device only and are not saved to any Amun Studios server or cloud service. If you delete the App or switch devices, this data will not carry over and cannot be recovered by us, since we never had a copy of it.

4. Advertising

Blend Match is a free, ad-supported game. Ads are delivered through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network. Your interactions with ads, and any information collected in connection with them, are governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements shown within the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic items, currency, or ad removal) now or in the future. If offered, all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective payment terms, refund policies, and account systems. Amun Studios does not directly process or store your payment information.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, characters, animations, sounds, and code, is owned by Amun Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the App to harass, harm, or interfere with any other person, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMUN STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCALLY STORED GAME PROGRESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO USE THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your ability to use it, at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable app store terms or local consumer protection law.
