Elite Habits ("the App") is a habit-tracking application developed by Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our data practices with respect to the App.

The short version: Elite Habits does not collect, store, transmit, or share any data of any kind. Everything you enter in the App stays on your device.

No Data Collection

We do not collect any personal information or usage data from you, whether directly or automatically. Specifically, Elite Habits does not:

Collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers
Require account creation, sign-up, or login of any kind
Collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or analytics data
Track your location
Use cookies, SDKs, or any third-party tracking or analytics tools
Connect to the internet to transmit your data anywhere
Share, sell, rent, or disclose any information to third parties, because no information is ever collected in the first place

Local Storage Only

All data you create or input in Elite Habits — including your habits, progress, streaks, notes, settings, and any other content — is stored exclusively on your device, using local on-device storage. This data:

Is never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party
Is never transmitted off of your device by the App
Remains entirely under your control

Because we have no access to this data, we cannot view, retrieve, recover, or restore it. If you delete the App, uninstall it, or lose your device, any data stored within Elite Habits will be permanently lost, and we have no ability to help you recover it. We recommend using your device's built-in backup features (such as iCloud or device manufacturer backups) if you want a backup of your device's local data, which may include the App's data depending on your device settings.

Third-Party Services

Elite Habits does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. The App does not use AdMob, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, or any other third-party service that would collect or transmit data.

Children's Privacy

Elite Habits does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age threshold in your jurisdiction), because the App does not collect information from any user. Elite Habits is safe for use by users of any age with respect to data privacy, as no data ever leaves the device.

Your Rights and Choices

Because Elite Habits does not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, delete, or export on your behalf — all of your data already resides solely on your own device, and you have complete control over it through the App's own interface or by uninstalling the App.

Permissions

If Elite Habits requests any device permissions (such as notifications, for reminder functionality), these permissions are used solely to provide the App's local functionality on your device. No data accessed through these permissions is collected, stored remotely, or shared.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App's functionality. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
