This Privacy Policy explains how Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with GNASH: Shark Hunt (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. SUMMARY

- The App does not require an account, login, or any personal information to play.

- All game data (progress, scores, in-game currency, settings, and shark selection) is stored only on your device. We do not operate any servers that collect or store your data.

- The App displays ads through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. Google may collect certain device information to deliver and measure ads, as described below.

- The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information about you. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Game data stored on your device

The App saves your gameplay data locally on your device, including:

- Career progress, unlocked zones, and growth stages

- High scores and personal bests

- In-game currency balance

- Selected shark and game settings

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed. We cannot recover it.

3. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The App uses Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve its services, Google may automatically collect information from your device, such as:

- Device advertising identifier (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID), where permitted

- IP address and approximate location derived from it

- Device type, operating system, and app version

- Ad interaction data, such as ad impressions and clicks

- Diagnostic and performance data related to ads

This information is collected directly by Google, not by us. We do not receive or store it.

iOS users: The App will only access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you do not grant permission, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android users: You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use, sell, rent, or share any personal information about you. Gameplay data stored on your device is used only to run the game and save your progress.

5. AGE REQUIREMENT AND CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the App in a way that resulted in information being collected by a third party, please contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will take appropriate steps.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We do not retain any data, because we do not collect any. All game data is stored on your device and can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App. Information collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies.

7. DATA SECURITY

Because your game data is stored only on your device, it is protected by your device's own security features. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a passcode or other screen lock.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example, in California under the CCPA/CPRA, or in the EEA and UK under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Since we do not collect or hold personal information, we have nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. Ads shown in the App may link to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
