Terms of Service — Golf: Mini Putt Club

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the mobile application Golf: Mini Putt Club (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and delete it from your device.

1. Eligibility

The App is rated 13+. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that you are not barred from using the App under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Amun Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This is a license, not a sale. Amun Studios retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App

  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

  • Use cheats, mods, automation software, bots, memory editors, or any tool designed to alter gameplay, manipulate scores, or gain an unfair advantage

  • Use the App to violate any law, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

  • Circumvent any technical protection, licensing, or payment mechanism in the App or in the platform store

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its contents — including but not limited to code, artwork, 3D models, course designs, animations, characters, user interface, sound effects, music, text, and the "Golf: Mini Putt Club" and "Amun Studios" names and logos — are the property of Amun Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

If the App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, cosmetic items, course packs, or the removal of interruptions):

  • All purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your platform account. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card or billing information.

  • Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed to you for use within the App only.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies — please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund matters.

  • We may modify, replace, discontinue, or remove virtual items at any time without liability to you.

  • If you are under the age of majority, do not make purchases without your parent or guardian's permission. Parents and guardians can restrict in-app purchases using the parental control settings on iOS and Android.

6. Availability, Updates, and Changes to the App

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required for continued use. We may also stop supporting certain devices or operating system versions.

The App is provided as a single-player experience that runs on your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for issues arising from your device, operating system, or platform store.

7. Your Data

The App does not collect or transmit personal information to us. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for your own game data. Uninstalling the App, resetting your device, or clearing app storage will permanently erase your progress, and we have no ability to restore it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMUN STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMUN STUDIOS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR GAME PROGRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($25.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Health and Safety Notice

A very small percentage of people may experience seizures, blackouts, eye strain, or motion discomfort when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, including in video games. Take a 10–15 minute break every hour of play, play in a well-lit room, and stop immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, disorientation, involuntary movement, or convulsions. Do not play while walking, driving, or otherwise in a situation that requires your attention.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amun Studios LLC and its owners, members, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms, and we may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App from your device.

Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

13. Platform-Specific Terms

Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and Amun Studios LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Google Play. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and Amun Studios agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where such laws require.

15. General

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amun Studios regarding the App.

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

  • No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  • Changes to These Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
