Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Mochi's Leaf Patrol (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect or store personal information on our own servers.
Locally Stored Data (On Your Device Only)
The App stores the following data locally on your device, using your device's local storage:
Game scores and progress
Gameplay settings/preferences
This data stays on your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to us or stored in any cloud service we operate. If you uninstall the App or clear its app data, this information is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Advertising Data (Collected by Google AdMob)
The App displays banner ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain information, which can include:
Device identifiers (such as advertising ID)
IP address and approximate location
Device type, operating system, and app usage data
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Google's Partner Policy for AdMob. We do not control Google's data collection practices and encourage you to review their policies.
2. How Information Is Used
Locally stored data is used solely to run the game on your device (e.g., remembering your high score).
Advertising data collected via AdMob is used by Google to serve and measure ads, which may include personalized advertising depending on your settings and applicable law (e.g., you may see relevant ads based on your app usage or interests).
3. Your Choices
Ad personalization: Depending on your device and region, you can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in iOS/Android settings) or through Google's Ads Settings.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): If applicable, the App will request permission before tracking you across apps or websites for advertising purposes, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Deleting your data: Since all gameplay data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App from your device.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App is used by children, ad serving is subject to Google AdMob's policies, and depending on how the App is configured for the relevant app store, ads may be limited to those appropriate for a general or child-directed audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data ourselves, because we do not collect any. The only third party involved in data collection is Google (via AdMob), as described above.
6. Data Security
Because we do not operate servers that store your personal data or game data, there is no cloud-stored data of yours for us to secure. Data on your device is protected by your device's own security features.
7. International Users
If you are using the App outside the United States, please note that AdMob's data processing may involve transfers of data to servers located in other countries, as governed by Google's own privacy practices.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Effective Date" above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
