Terms of Service for Mochi's Leaf Patrol

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Mochi's Leaf Patrol (the "App"), developed and published by Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
Mochi's Leaf Patrol is a puzzle game in which the player pushes piles of leaves into a bin in a Sokoban-style format. The App is provided for entertainment purposes.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law;
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the App;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. Age Requirements
The App is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to make sure you both understand them.
4. Advertising
The App displays banner advertisements served through Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details on data used for advertising purposes.
5. In-Device Data
The App stores gameplay data, including your scores and progress, locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud backend for the App and do not store your scores or progress on our servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently delete this locally stored information, and we cannot recover it for you.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, design, characters (including "Mochi"), graphics, and code, is owned by Amun Studios LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies governing AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amun Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
