Privacy Policy for Orbit Xpress

Effective Date: August 3, 2026 Last Updated: August 3, 2026

Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Orbit Xpress (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

By downloading or using Orbit Xpress, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Summary

Orbit Xpress is designed to be privacy-first:

  • We do not require an account. There is no sign-up, login, email address, or username.

  • We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers. We do not operate servers that receive your data.

  • Your game data stays on your device. High scores, progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally in the App's storage on your device.

  • The App displays advertisements. Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, collects certain device and usage information in order to serve ads. This is the only meaningful data collection associated with the App, and it is described in detail below.

  • Orbit Xpress is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, request, or store any of the following:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address

  • Account credentials or passwords

  • Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data

  • Precise GPS location

  • Health, financial, or payment information

  • Any user-generated content

The App does not include analytics SDKs operated by us, crash reporting services that transmit personal data to us, or social media login integrations.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App saves the following locally on your device so that your experience persists between sessions:

  • Game progress and completion state

  • High scores and personal bests

  • Sound, music, and haptics preferences

  • Other in-app settings you configure

This information is written to the App's private storage area on your device. It is not transmitted to Amun Studios or to any third party by us. It is not backed up to our systems.

Deleting this data: Uninstalling Orbit Xpress removes this locally stored data from your device. Depending on your device settings, you may also be able to clear it through your operating system's app storage controls. Note that if you have enabled iCloud Backup or Google Backup at the operating system level, your device may include app data in your own personal backup — this is a function of your device and cloud account, not of Amun Studios, and we have no access to those backups.

4. Advertising

Orbit Xpress displays advertisements provided through Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC.

To serve, measure, and improve the relevance of advertisements, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process information including:

  • Advertising identifiers — the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS or the Android Advertising ID (AAID) on Android

  • Device information — device model, operating system and version, language, screen dimensions, and general device settings

  • Network information — IP address, which may be used to infer approximate (city- or region-level) location

  • Ad interaction data — ad impressions, clicks, viewability, and related performance metrics

This collection is carried out by Google, not by Amun Studios. We do not receive your advertising identifier, your IP address, or any individually identifying information from Google. We receive only aggregate, anonymous reporting such as total impressions and revenue.

Google's use of information collected through AdMob is governed by Google's own policies:

Your advertising choices

You can limit ad personalization at any time through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (to control app tracking permission), and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID, or Opt out of Ads Personalization

Disabling personalized ads does not remove ads from the App — you will continue to see advertisements, but they will be less tailored to you.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, the App may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs. If you decline, the App and its advertising partners will not access your IDFA for tracking purposes, and you will receive non-personalized advertising instead.

5. Children's Privacy

Orbit Xpress is rated for users 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App contains third-party advertising that may involve the collection of device identifiers, it is not designed or intended for use by children under 13, and it is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program or Apple's Kids Category.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.

6. Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the following additional information applies.

Controller. Amun Studios LLC is the controller of the limited data described in this policy. Google acts as an independent controller with respect to advertising data it collects through AdMob.

Legal bases. Where processing occurs, we rely on: (a) your consent, for personalized advertising; and (b) our legitimate interests, for serving non-personalized advertising necessary to make the App available free of charge.

Consent. Where required, the App presents a consent message through Google's User Messaging Platform before advertising identifiers are used for personalization. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the App's settings or your device's advertising controls.

Your rights. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data; the right to object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because we do not collect or hold personal data ourselves, requests concerning advertising data should generally be directed to Google. You may still contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will assist where we are able.

7. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), provides you with certain rights.

Categories of information involved. Amun Studios does not collect personal information from you. Our advertising partner collects identifiers (advertising IDs, IP address), internet or network activity information (ad interactions), and inferred approximate location, as described in Section 4.

"Sale" and "sharing." We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out at any time by disabling personalized ads through your device settings as described in Section 4, or by declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale/sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@amun-studios.com. Because we do not maintain personal information about you, our ability to fulfill access and deletion requests is limited to directing you to the appropriate third party.

Sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information.

8. Data Security

Because game data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us, the primary safeguards protecting it are the security features of your own device and operating system. We encourage you to keep your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we design the App to minimize data exposure by not collecting data in the first place, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information processed by third parties such as Google.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, including advertisements that direct you to external destinations. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you visit.

10. International Data Transfers

Advertising data collected by Google may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google or its partners operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Google implements its own transfer mechanisms, which are described in its privacy policy.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated within the App or through the app store listing.

Your continued use of Orbit Xpress after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
