Welcome to Reseller Hub, a resale tracking application operated by Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Account & Authentication Information

When you register for Reseller Hub, we collect:

• Email address (your account identifier)

• Hashed password — your password is never stored in plain text

• Authentication tokens and session metadata managed by Supabase Auth

1.2 Resale Inventory Data

The core purpose of the Service is to help you track items you buy and sell. Data you enter includes:

• Item name, category, description, and photos

• Purchase price (cost basis) and date acquired

• Listing price and platform (e.g., eBay, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace)

• Sale price, sale date, and associated fees or shipping costs

• Listing status: listed, unlisted, sold, or returned

• Notes and custom tags you attach to items

1.3 Financial & Profit Data

The app calculates and stores derived financial metrics based on your entries, including:

• Gross profit and net profit per item

• Total revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit margins

• Dashboard summaries across date ranges (daily, monthly, yearly)

1.4 Device & Usage Data

We and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, and app version

• IP address and general geographic region (country/state level)

• App usage patterns such as screens visited and session duration

• Crash reports and error logs to diagnose technical issues

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

2.1 To Provide and Operate the Service

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account session

• Store and display your inventory, pricing, and sales records

• Calculate profit/loss metrics and populate your dashboard

• Sync your data across devices in real time

2.2 To Improve the Service

• Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to prioritize features

• Diagnose and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues

• Conduct internal research and testing

2.3 To Communicate With You

• Send transactional emails (password resets, email verification)

• Send receipts and billing confirmations for Pro membership purchases

• Notify you of material changes to the Service or this Privacy Policy

3. DATA STORAGE & INFRASTRUCTURE

3.1 Supabase

Reseller Hub uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure. Supabase provides:

• Authentication (sign-up, login, session management, password reset)

• PostgreSQL database hosting for your inventory and financial records

• Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring your data is only accessible by you

• Real-time data synchronization across devices

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. See Supabase's Privacy Policy at supabase.com/privacy for more.

3.2 Data Isolation

We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) at the database level. Your inventory, sales, and financial records are strictly isolated — no other user can access your data, and this is enforced at every database query.

3.3 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and real-time infrastructure

• Crash/error reporting tools (e.g., Sentry) — for debugging only

• Analytics providers — using anonymized, aggregated data only

• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (no full payment card data is shared with us)

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if necessary to protect the safety or rights of Amun Studios LLC, our users, or the public.

4.3 Business Transfers

If Amun Studios LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share data for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement the following safeguards to protect your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS)

• Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption via Supabase

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store raw passwords

• Row-Level Security (RLS) prevents any cross-user data access at the database level

• Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens managed by Supabase Auth

• Payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your full payment card details

No system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us at info@amun-studios.com immediately and change your password.

6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES

6.1 Access & Portability

You may request a copy of your personal data at any time by emailing info@amun-studios.com. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) within 30 days.

6.2 Correction

You can update most account information directly in the app. For data you cannot edit yourself, contact us and we will make corrections promptly.

6.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion option. We will complete deletion within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

6.4 Opt-Out of Communications

You may opt out of non-essential emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any such message. Transactional emails (password resets, security alerts, billing confirmations) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

6.5 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@amun-studios.com.

7. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The Reseller Hub mobile app does not use browser cookies. We may use:

• Secure device storage for session tokens and app preferences

• Anonymous analytics identifiers for aggregate feature usage analysis

• Crash reporting SDKs that may collect device identifiers for debugging

We do not use cross-site tracking or share behavioral data with advertising networks.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Reseller Hub is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has registered, we will delete that account promptly. Contact us at info@amun-studios.com if you believe this has occurred.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Reseller Hub is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The Service may allow you to log sales from third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Mercari). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms. Their own privacy policies govern data you share directly with them.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
