Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reseller Hub, a resale tracking application ("Service") operated by Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Reseller Hub. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

2.1 Creating an Account

To access Reseller Hub's features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Notifying us immediately at info@amun-studios.com of any unauthorized access or security breach

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain one account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions or access limitations is prohibited.

3. THE SERVICE

3.1 What Reseller Hub Provides

Reseller Hub is a personal inventory and profit-tracking tool. The Service allows you to:

• Log items you buy, list, and sell through resale platforms

• Track purchase prices, listing prices, sale prices, and associated fees

• Monitor listing status (listed, unlisted, sold, returned)

• View profit and loss metrics through a personal dashboard

3.2 Data Accuracy

The Service generates financial calculations (profit, margins, COGS) based solely on data you enter. We do not verify the accuracy of the information you input. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your entries and should not rely on the Service for tax, accounting, or financial reporting purposes without independent verification.

3.3 No Tax or Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. Resale activity may have tax implications depending on your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations as a reseller.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Reseller Hub solely for lawful personal or business resale tracking purposes consistent with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to track, facilitate, or record sales of illegal items or contraband

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service

• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

• Impersonate any person, entity, or Amun Studios LLC

4.3 Consequences of Violation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

5. USER CONTENT

5.1 Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including item records, prices, photos, and notes ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant Amun Studios LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your User Content for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Our Property

All rights in the Service — including the app design, interface, branding, code, algorithms, and features — are owned by Amun Studios LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described.

6.2 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

7.1 Free vs. Pro

Reseller Hub offers two tiers:

Free Plan — available to all users at no cost, with a limited number of inventory entries and access to core tracking features.

Pro Plan — $4.99 per year, which includes:

• Unlimited inventory entries

• Advanced analytics and profit reporting

• Export to PDF and Excel

7.2 Billing & Renewal

• The Pro Plan is billed annually at $4.99 at the time of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

• Payment is charged to the payment method on file with your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play)

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the app store through which you purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit your app store's support page.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the Pro Plan price with at least 30 days' advance notice via email and/or an in-app notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. Continued use of the Pro Plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7.5 Downgrade

If your Pro subscription lapses or is cancelled, your account will revert to the Free Plan. Your existing data will be retained, but Pro features (analytics, unlimited entries, export) will no longer be accessible until you resubscribe.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service integrates with or references third-party platforms, including resale marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Mercari), infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase), and subscription management services (e.g., RevenueCat). These third parties operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. DISCLAIMERS

9.1 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMUN STUDIOS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

9.3 Data Accuracy

We are not responsible for any financial losses, tax liabilities, or other consequences arising from inaccurate data you enter or inaccurate calculations resulting from such data.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMUN STUDIOS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amun Studios LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service

• Your User Content

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws

12. TERMINATION

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app or by contacting us at info@amun-studios.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, for security reasons, or at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you unless doing so would be harmful or prohibited.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — will remain in effect.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@amun-studios.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email and/or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Amun Studios LLC regarding the Service.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
