Privacy Policy — Rush Hour Diner 2

Effective date: August 18, 2026 Last updated: August 18, 2026

Rush Hour Diner 2 (the "App") is published by Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Los Angeles, California, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, what our advertising partner collects, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Short version

  • We do not have accounts, logins, or servers. We do not collect your name, email, or contact information.

  • Your game progress, settings, high scores, and unlocked content are stored only on your device.

  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its ad partners collect certain device and usage data to serve and measure ads. This is the only data collection that occurs.

  • Deleting the App deletes your game data permanently. We cannot recover it.

2. Information we collect

We collect none. Amun Studios does not operate a backend service for this App, does not receive data from your device, and does not maintain any database of users.

3. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following locally, using your device's standard app storage:

  • Level progress, stars, and completion status

  • High scores, best times, and statistics

  • In-game currency, upgrades, and unlocked items

  • Preferences such as sound, music, haptics, and language

  • Ad consent choices (where applicable)

This data never leaves your device except as part of a device backup you choose to make (for example, iCloud Backup or Google Backup), which is controlled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

4. Information collected by third parties (advertising)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob and its partner ad networks may automatically collect and process:

  • Advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID) or, where those are unavailable, other device-level signals

  • Device information such as model, operating system version, language, screen size, and network type

  • IP address, and coarse location inferred from it (typically country, region, or city level)

  • Ad interaction data such as impressions, clicks, and view time

  • Crash and diagnostic data related to the ad SDK

This information is collected directly by Google, not by us. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying reports such as total impressions and revenue. We cannot see who you are.

Google's handling of this data is governed by:

5. Your advertising choices

iOS — When the App first launches, iOS may present an App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether the App may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and you will see non-personalized ads. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Android — You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads (menu names vary by device and Android version).

EEA, UK, and Switzerland — Where required, the App presents a Google-certified consent message (Google UMP / a CMP) before ads load, allowing you to consent to or refuse personalized advertising. You can reopen these settings from the in-app Settings → Privacy Options menu.

Opting out does not remove ads. It means the ads you see are not personalized.

6. Children's privacy

The App is rated 13+ and is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has used the App, uninstalling it will remove all locally stored data. You may also reset the device's advertising identifier to clear any advertising profile associated with that use. If you have questions, contact us at the address in Section 13 and we will respond promptly.

Where a user in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is under the applicable age of digital consent, the App signals this to the advertising SDK so that only non-personalized ads are served.

7. Data retention

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Data stored on your device persists until you delete the App or clear its data. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google's own retention schedules.

8. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) — We do not collect, sell, or share personal information. We do not have personal information to disclose, delete, or correct. Advertising data collected by Google through the AdMob SDK may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can exercise your opt-out through the advertising controls in Section 5.

EEA/UK (GDPR) — Where personalized advertising occurs, the legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via Settings → Privacy Options. Non-personalized advertising relies on legitimate interests in funding a free app. Requests concerning data held by Google should be directed to Google, as it is the controller of that data.

Everyone else — Because we hold no data about you, the most direct way to erase everything associated with your use of the App is to uninstall it and reset your advertising identifier.

9. Security

Game data is protected by your device's own app sandboxing and operating-system security. Because no data is transmitted to us, there is no server-side breach risk on our side. We cannot guarantee the security of third-party services or your device itself.

10. Third-party links

Ads may link to third-party websites or app store pages. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. International users

The App is operated from the United States. Ad-related data may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google operates.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date, and where required, notified in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
