Slingshot Cornhole Privacy Policy

Overview
Slingshot Cornhole does not collect, store, or share personal information on our servers. All game data stays on your device, and the only third party involved is Google AdMob, which shows ads in the app.
This policy explains how the Slingshot Cornhole mobile game (the "App") handles information. The App is published by Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The App does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or photos.
The App saves your game progress on your device only. This includes levels completed, stars earned, coins, unlocked items, and settings. This data is never sent to Amun Studios or stored on any server we control, and we cannot access it.
The App does not use analytics or tracking tools of its own.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, such as:
Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), where permitted
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Device type, operating system version, and app version
Ad interactions, such as views and taps
Diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data related to ads
This information is collected and processed by Google, not by Amun Studios. We do not receive or store it. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices. On iOS, the App asks for your permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your device). If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.
Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App will ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.
Children's privacy
The App is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will work to have it deleted.
Data retention and deletion
Your game data stays on your device until you delete it. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all of it. Because we never receive this data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.
Information collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies. You can manage it through your Google account settings or your device's advertising settings.
Security
Your game data is protected by your device's built-in security. Because the App does not transmit personal information to us, there is no data on our servers that could be exposed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR), you may have rights to access, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Since we do not collect or hold personal information, most requests can be handled directly on your device or through Google. For any privacy question or request, email info@amun-studios.com.
Amun Studios does not sell personal information. Any data used for ads is collected and controlled by Google under the choices described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
