Privacy Policy — Tendies Park: To The Moon

Effective date: September 1, 2026 Last updated: September 1, 2026

Tendies Park: To The Moon (the "App") is developed and published by Amun Studios LLC ("Amun Studios," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles, what our advertising partner handles, and the choices you have.

If you have questions about anything below, email info@amun-studios.com.

The short version

  • We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.

  • We do not operate a server for this App. Your progress, scores, and settings are stored on your device only.

  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google collects certain device and usage information in order to serve and measure those ads. This is the only data collection that happens in the App.

  • The App uses fake, in-game money only. There is no real trading, no real currency, and no way to deposit or withdraw anything.

  • Nothing in the App is financial advice.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: none. The App has no sign-up, no login, no profile, and no contact form. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photos, contacts, location, or payment details.

Information stored on your device. The App saves gameplay data locally so it can remember where you left off. This includes high scores and best runs, ride progress and unlocks, in-game (fake) currency balances, sound and haptics settings, and consent choices you have made about advertising. This data stays in the App's private storage on your device. We cannot see it, and it is not transmitted to Amun Studios. Deleting the App deletes it.

Information collected by our advertising partner. To show ads, the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type, operating system version, general (coarse) location inferred from IP address, and data about ad interactions such as impressions and clicks. This information is collected by Google, not by us. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying reports — for example, how many ads were shown on a given day and the revenue earned.

Analytics. We do not run our own analytics or crash-reporting service inside this App. Apple and Google may provide us with aggregate, anonymized statistics through App Store Connect and Google Play Console (such as download counts and crash rates) as part of their normal platform services. That data is not identifiable to you.

2. How information is used

We use the aggregate ad and platform reports described above to keep the App free, to understand how it performs, and to fix problems. Google uses the information it collects to serve ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and — where you have consented — to personalize the ads you see. Google's own privacy policy governs its use of that information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can also review how Google uses data from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than as described in this policy.

3. Your advertising choices

Personalized vs. non-personalized ads. Where consent is required — including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — the App presents a consent message through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are personalized. You can decline, and the App will continue to work with non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads still use limited information such as coarse location and general context for frequency capping, reporting, and fraud prevention.

iOS. If the App asks for permission to track, that prompt is Apple's App Tracking Transparency request. Declining it means your device's advertising identifier is not shared for cross-app tracking. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can limit ad tracking system-wide in the same menu.

Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.

Revisiting consent. If you are in a region where the consent message applies, you can reopen your privacy choices from the App's Settings screen.

4. Children

The App is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App is not child-directed, it is not configured for Google's child-directed treatment or mixed-audience tagging.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will address it promptly. Note that because the App has no account system and stores nothing on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to delete beyond what already sits on the device itself.

5. Retention and deletion

We do not hold personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. To erase everything the App has stored, either use the reset option in the App's Settings screen or delete the App from your device. Data held by Google in connection with advertising is retained according to Google's own retention practices, described in its privacy policy.

6. Security

Because gameplay data never leaves your device and we operate no server for this App, the main safeguard is your device itself. We recommend keeping your operating system up to date and using a device passcode. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information handled by third parties.

7. International transfers

Google and the platform operators may process information in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Those transfers are handled under their own safeguards and legal mechanisms, described in their respective privacy policies.

8. Your rights

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we or Google rely on consent — for personalized advertising — you may withdraw it at any time using the controls in Section 3. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, it is for showing non-personalized ads that fund a free app, measuring their delivery, and preventing fraud. Since we do not hold identifiable data about you, most requests are best directed to Google, which acts as the controller of the advertising data it collects.

California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not receive personal information about you in exchange for anything of value. If you consent to personalized advertising, the resulting use of your advertising identifier by Google may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time by declining the consent message, declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or limiting ad tracking in your device settings. California residents also have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

Everywhere else. Regardless of where you live, you can email info@amun-studios.com with a privacy question or request and we will respond.

9. Simulated markets, fake money, and no financial advice

Tendies Park: To The Moon is a comedy arcade game. Every ticker, price chart, portfolio value, and dollar amount in the App is fictional and generated for entertainment. There is no real trading, no connection to any real market or brokerage, no real currency, and no mechanism to deposit, withdraw, win, or lose real money.

Nothing in the App is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it should not be used as the basis for any real financial decision. Amun Studios is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution.

10. Third-party links

The App may link to external pages, such as our website or an app store listing. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App changes or as legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post the new version at the same URL. Material changes will be reflected in the App's release notes. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
