xRapidMinds ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Amun Studios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it on iOS and Android. By using xRapidMinds, you agree to the practices described here.

xRapidMinds is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not direct the App to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our own servers. xRapidMinds does not require an account, login, or registration to use. All app data (such as your progress in math and coding lessons) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any cloud service operated by us.

We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal identifiers.

2. Advertising

xRapidMinds displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. To serve ads, AdMob and Google may collect and process certain information, such as device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data, in accordance with Google's own privacy practices.

Depending on your region and your consent choices, ads may be personalized (based on interests inferred from device activity) or non-personalized. Where required by law, we present a consent choice before personalized ads are served (see "Your Choices and Consent" below).

3. Age Requirement

xRapidMinds is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has used the App and provided personal information, please contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will take appropriate steps.

4. Your Choices and Consent

European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland: In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related laws, we use a consent mechanism (such as Google's User Messaging Platform) to obtain your consent before serving personalized ads or processing certain data for advertising purposes. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the in-app privacy settings, where available.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have certain rights regarding personal information, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because ad identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, you may exercise your opt-out choice through the consent controls provided in the App or your device settings. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Device-level controls: You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device's settings (iOS: "Allow Apps to Request to Track" / Android: "Ads" settings).

5. Data Storage

All learning data and app preferences are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, this locally stored data is typically removed by your device's operating system. We do not maintain a copy of this data.

7. Permissions

xRapidMinds may request standard device permissions required to display ads and function properly (for example, network/internet access). It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location for its core functionality.

Because we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers, the risk associated with a server-side data breach is minimized. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security features.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information (such as access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing). Because we do not directly collect personal information, most such requests will apply to data handled by our advertising partner; we will direct you to the appropriate process where applicable. 10. International Users

The App may be used in countries outside of your own. By using the App, you understand that any information processed by third-party ad providers may be handled in accordance with those providers' international data practices, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
