Terms of Service for xRapidMinds

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the xRapidMinds mobile application ("the App") on iOS and Android, developed and operated by Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Use of the App

xRapidMinds is an educational app for learning math and coding. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers or networks connected to it;

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with advertising or security-related features of the App.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that ads will be displayed. Ad content is provided by third parties, and we do not endorse and are not responsible for any products, services, or content shown in ads. 5. Educational Content Disclaimer

The educational content in the App is provided for general learning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. The App is not a substitute for formal education or professional instruction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Amun Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The name "xRapidMinds" and associated branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including Google AdMob, that have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services through the App is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled. Please review it to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMUN STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory local consumer-protection laws.

14. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms regarding your use of the App, the app store terms will govern to the extent required.
