Privacy Policy for Prime Station

Prime Station ("the app") is developed and published by Amun Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app.

The short version: we do not collect your personal information, we do not have accounts or servers holding your data, and everything you do in the app stays on your device. The one exception is advertising, which is handled by Google — that section is below and worth reading.

1. Information we collect

We collect nothing. Prime Station has no accounts, no sign-up, no login, and no way for you to send us information through the app. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location, and we do not operate servers that receive data from the app.

The app contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, so we never handle payment information.

2. Information stored on your device

The app saves your game data locally so your progress is there when you come back. This includes things like:

  • Scores, streaks, personal bests and station progress

  • Settings and preferences, such as sound and haptics

  • Local counters used to schedule gameplay

This information never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is permanently deleted when you delete the app.

3. Advertising

Prime Station shows ads through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. We request non-personalized ads only. That means the ads you see are based on the general context of the app rather than on your past behavior, browsing history or interests, and we do not track you across other apps and websites.

We do not receive your personal information from Google. To deliver, cap and secure the ads, Google may still collect and process limited data on its own behalf, including:

  • Device information, such as device model, operating system version, and language

  • IP address, which Google may use to infer approximate, city-level location and to serve region-appropriate ads

  • Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown, viewed or tapped

  • Limited device or ad identifiers, used for purposes such as frequency capping, ad reporting and fraud prevention rather than for building an advertising profile

Google acts as an independent controller of this data. Its handling of it is governed by Google's own policies, not by ours:

Your controls. Because we request non-personalized ads, the app does not ask for permission to track you and does not use your device's advertising identifier to target ads. You can still limit ad tracking system-wide at any time: on iOS in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and on Android by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads. Where required by law, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app presents a consent message before any non-essential data is used for advertising, and you can change your choice from within the app.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

Beyond the measurement Google performs for its own advertising as described above, we do not run separate analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not build profiles of individual users.

5. Children's privacy

Prime Station is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the app, contact us at info@amun-studios.com and we will look into it. Because the app collects no personal information, there is normally nothing for us to delete — but ad-related data controls are described in Section 3, and requests concerning data held by Google should be directed to Google.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, because we do not hold any. We do not share information with data brokers, and we do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share data with third parties other than through the advertising service described in Section 3, and we do not use your information for any purpose beyond running the app.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict its use, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. These include rights under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.

Since we do not collect or store personal information, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or delete on your behalf. To exercise rights over data collected by Google for advertising, use the device controls in Section 3 or contact Google directly. You can also write to us at info@amun-studios.com and we will help where we can. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Data retention and security

We retain no personal information, so there is nothing for us to store, breach or hand over. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own security, and is removed when you delete the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data handled by third parties such as Google.

9. International users

The app is available internationally. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not transfer it across borders. Data collected by Google for advertising may be processed in the United States and other countries under Google's own safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at https://amun-studios.com/prime-station-privacy-policy. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
